Molly Weisberg is a senior studying music performance at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan. She participates in the bands and orchestras, along with other performances outside of U-M. Aside from music, Molly studies arts administration, design, and entrepreneurship. She enjoys exploring her different interests while a student at U-M.

Molly has honed her skills performing at various musical experiences throughout the year. She regularly participates in MUSKET's pit orchestra, performing shows such as A Chorus Line and Heathers. She also participates in the University of Michigan Commencement Band, and SMTD band and orchestras. 

Outside of school, Molly is a freelance trumpet player in the Ann Arbor and Metro Detroit areas. She has performed for various religious organizations, including plays and rededication ceremonies, and is a member of the "Different Lights" jazz band. During the summer months, Molly attends music festivals. Her most recent participation was with the Prague Summer Nights Music Festival. Here, she had the opportunity to travel with an orchestra around the Czech Republic, performing symphonies and operas by world-renowned composers. Molly played in Smetana Hall and the Estates Theatre. 

Aside from music, Molly loves to explore her creative talents. This past summer, she worked at Jourhuit, working as a graphic design/branding intern. Currently, she is interning at Michigan’s School of Music, Theater, and Dance as an Engagement and Outreach Dean’s Liaison. Here, she works on promotional and fundraising events for the department. Weisberg assists in planning events for students and faculty, researching budgeting, developing grant proposals, and managing social media communications. 

Molly is a resourceful and detail-oriented professional with a versatile skill set in music, arts administration, and community engagement. She demonstrates creative problem-solving and a collaborative mindset, eager to contribute to diverse teams and grow in dynamic environments.
